Are we Housewife i cyberspace?

I found a lot of old magasines on a little fleamarket, my feeling was: They are writing about the same things that I do on this blog but in an another way... Husmodern=HousewifeSweet painting of prinsess Christina made by Einar Nerman. He has done the litte boy on our match-boxes, very famous man.
Here we show porselain, embrodery and some cookies.
And gardening of course, and the children has to try it to.


Very nice stowes, look like they come from that time, but they are new and are made in 4 colours more. You find them at Big Chill.

The soap please...

Our bathroom is nothing to view on the blogg. Its a very clear green colour and plastik wallpapers, really ugly...But Im sure we will do something some day. Here we have some very beautiful bathrooms, pichures from the webb.White and fresh
Lion paws on the bathtube, nice light blue colour, same in the paiting.
Here is my favorite, but were is the water?...maybe you have to use the pot.

From my little shop

On the Saturday we got some help from out friends to get out the dung from the barn. They look happy to be finished.Good work!
This is from the shop, this is the "black room" I have 5 rooms in the shop.

This is a very special wallpaper, aktually on linen. Its handpainted, and new, it looks old but no.
The price is rather high but its worth it.
I have take some chrismas-thing out now.

Foggy morning

Today when I went up It was sooo beautiful outside. I have to take a photo . There is one of our sheeps laying in the morning mist.I took the pichure right trough the window, but it looks ok anyway.

This season isnt my best but I have to look at things that are beautiful now. Like rowanberry they are sooo lovely in this season.They are very lasting.

This chest I bought from Viveca, It has a lovely patina and will be perfect in our dining room when we have fix it up. (today its darkgreen and dark red colours in there).


The lock has the from like a heart...sweet.
In the inducement there ia an room for smaller things.
What do you think? The price was 400 SEK

Old things

I went to my dear friend Viveca who sell antique things. Its not that kind of things that looks expensive, but they are sooo charming. I bought a chest i light blue and black, we will use it in our diningroom later when we have fixed it up...Perambulator, in perfekt condition, sorrt but I will not have any more children now.
Rocking horse, very nice and old with patina.
Time to take a bath, everything fixed with towels.

Scandinavien interior

Here are some photos from a book named "Norden Light" and its pichures from 14 different homes in scandinavien. The book is from 2001 but I think it has a current interest.Lovely paint,I would like to have some more time to paint.
That chair is lovely, that one you dont have to paint.
Nice shells as a still-life doesnt get bad as still-life with fruit...:o)
Here she hang up the bra and the little bag and were does she went then...:o) very nice coloures isnt it?
Very nice terrace, the pelargonium will live a litte bit longer here.
Checked floor is nice but you have to be careful, the other things in the room has to be calm.
Lovely kitchen, trught in porselain, its not hard to find them anymore. We bought one at IKEA.
Pastell-colours and textile inside the doors very nice.
